Kundasang is a village in Sabah which acts as a base camp for Mount Kinabalu climbers. There are plenty of guest houses, lodges and hotels around Kundasang.
If you pass by the big roundabout in Kundasang, you will be able to see a stretch of wooden structure by the roadside.
Here you will be able to find local produce. These strawberries are grown in Kundasang, but you will also find strawberries imported from South Korea. Make sure you check the label before you buy, if you want to support Kundasang-grown strawberries, go for the local packaging that is simple with no label as shown above.
