Terms of Acceptance of Award
- Prizes in excess of 1,000 baht are subject to a 5% withholding tax and 7% VAT, totaling (12%) from the prize value.
- The company reserves the right to change the terms. and prizes without any prior notice

• This ticket is for MONO29 campaign winners only. Do not resell this ticket through individuals or agents.
• This ticket is a one day ticket to the water park. It can be used only once by showing it at the ticket counter of the water park. and must be real only, no photos allowed
• To use their tickets, winners must present proof of their Mono29 campaign winnings at the water park ticketing office along with a valid ID card. Used to show evidence such as an official email or text message from MONO29 confirming that the card user is the winner of the campaign.
• This card can be used by adults, children and senior citizens on any business days and hours till the specified expiry date.
• This card is valid till December 31, 2023.
• This card cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent. and cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions.
• This ticket cannot be used to attend or view programs, events or special concerts that require separate purchase within the water park.
• The card cannot be used in all cases if it is found to be forged, damaged, mutilated or photocopied.
